Tamoxifen vs Acetyl‐l‐carnitine

Uro has prescribed me tamoxifen  + 5mg Cialis.

I'm currently on all supplements from survival guide . Just wondering if i should also add Tamoxifen considering i'm taking  Acetyl‐l‐Carnitine already?

I have been taking acteyl l carnitine and I have noticed some positive results.  Less pain and a little less curvature.  Tamoxifen is used for controlling estrogen in men on steroids or hormone therapy.  The study does say it was effective to a certain degree also. Tamoxifen will be beneficial from controlling estrogen as it will allow more testosterone to be used by your body. Estrogen for men is only good in small amounts. Too much and it can cause a lot of problems.....

I have used tamoxifen for four months in combination with cialis. Peyronies got better while on it but I am not sure if it is caused by the tamoxifen. Long term use is not recommended so after 4 months I quit and am now on pentoxyfiline. Pain and indentations did get worse the past month.

On tamoxifen I noticed some hair loss. It will raise your testosterone, shbg and estradiol levels. These levels will go back to normal after discontinuing usage in 2-3 months. My hair loss stopped 2 weeks after I quit the medication.
