I believe I'm in the acute stage been about 6 months or so. I get pain with erections and flaccid. But definitely more pin woth erections. Is it bad to have them or is it healthier because of more blood flow? Not masturbating or sex I'm taking strictly erections.

I was told that your nighttime erections help your penis by elongating it and supplying oxygen rich blood to it. Masturbating with it is a different topic altogether. I have had severe pain with erections in the beginning of my acute stage - yes they are painful.

Right I was wondering if day time erections are good as well? I'm not masturbating but should I be trying to rest it or get blood flowing periodically?

You need the blood flow by all means. You could also read up on using gentle heat - it always alleviated my pain when it was very bad.

Yes erections will cause pain because of increased blood flow.
Even urination hurts. Veins expanding.
