Hello friends.

Some years ago, following the 'sage' advice of gurus on penis enlargement forums, I accidentally injured myself. To my horror, I self-induced Peyronies, accentuating an existing congenital curve to a 30° overall curve with a small indent at its elbow. It has been around for years, however in an attempt in the autumn to help it, I believe I ignorantly worsened it with aggressive stretching.

One distinct feature is its tendency to 'flex' and fold over while in a flaccid or semi-erect state. Flex is the best term I can think of, where it clenches like an elbow. Seeing this is always a highly demoralizing sight.

While the indent and curvature hints at plaque, there is also obviously very impeded blood flow to my left corporal chamber. This is evidenced by its tendency to 'fold over,' to 'flex' (is this what 'hinging' is?) and how the left side appears to have a 'hard flaccid' presentation. I suspect the ill founded attempts at enlargement may have damaged the arterial integrity of the left chamber.

I'm currently waiting on my urologist for an in-person appointment, as his phone diagnosis doesn't do much to specify the nature of the condition. For now, I'm going ahead and taking an active approach to treating the condition:

1. RestoreX within the parameters of its instructions. I already screwed this up in the first month, overusing it, which seemed to worsen things. I have a terrible tendency to think 'more is better' which is how I got myself here. My task is to learn moderation and gentle caution. I'm doing two 30 minute sessions a day now. I use an infrared light to warm up.
2. Today I started citruline. Tomorrow I'll get some COQ10 and ALCAR.
3. The Angion Methods have long been established as building arterial integrity, and so I'll be practicing this every second day. I did this some time back and it really does increase visible vascularity, erection frequency and flaccid hang. I must think this fulfills the same intended function of the vasodialating supplements like citruline and Cialis.
4. Today I started pairing the RestoreX sessions with DSMO with PABA dissolved in it to assist collogen relaxation.
5. Next month, I'll be incoporating this (https://ubreeze.org/product/uheat/) a few times a week or before RestoreX
6. Prayer and affirmation towards my penis. This may sound silly, but I tried to change it aggressively and so damaged my relationship to it. I viewed it as 'not good enough' and the result was an injury to our shared trust. I need to apologize and find a peaceful affirmation between myself and my manhood.

If anyone has any thoughts, suggestions or cautions, please let me know!

Thank you.

RedPath, Welcome to the forum.

I want to thank you for filling in our signature line.  It is a huge help.

I am assuming you read the Peyronies Survival Guide.  If not, it is vital you do so. -------->https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html

If you mouse over Angion, you will see our view on it.  If your interest is oxygenation of the tissue, I encourage gentle use of the VED or frequent day and night-time erections (NTE's).  If they are not happening, we have tips that can help.  I personally don't think the DMSO & PABA will hurt, but I also think it will not help.  For starters, DMSO only carries substances below a specific molecular weight.  I am not even sure it has any effect on PABA.

hi welcome to the forum

that uheat looks great! i've been looking for something like that
30, ~20-30 degrees right bend beginning of 02/2021. Small plaque under gland on right side of the shaft
04/21 Plaque right side under glans
07/21 plaque by base
10 deg curvature at base + narrowing
1.8 g Citrulline 2-3 g ALCAR, 6-8h daily with PM

Hi guys.

The uheat has some very good reviews on its own website. Needless to say I'm a little skeptical. When searching it on this forum it has literally never been mentioned.

Any thoughts? Thanks, have a good one.

It is interesting.  I think the huge limitation is that it seems to be AC current dependent rather than a rechargeable battery which would be simple for such a small unit.  My wife has a shoulder wrap that heats and vibrates and can be run on AC or a rechargeable battery.  Most men would prefer a handwarmer in a sock or between layers of underwear briefs.  That, of course, has the drawback of erratic temperature regulation.  If you are willing to sit tethered to a cord, you could sit with a rice sock and a thermometer that costs pennies.

Just an update on this.

I used the RestoreX for several months, however noticed a worsening of symptoms. It would seem to correlate with an aggravation of the constraining, hard-flaccid type of symptoms that would make the muscles 'clench' and contract my penis to the left. Its spending prolonged periods in this state did not seem to be helping the cause. My gut said the issue is that the device was inflicting trauma to my penis rather than assisting with its primary issue.

On a hunch, a few months back I decided to go fully into the Angion methods given the theoretical idea that they foster arterialization, increased blood flow and with that, the attention my penis needs from the body's own innate healing mechanisms. My gut was saying "I hurt my dick through trauma and the roughness of forcing it to bend is just making it worse."

All I can say is that after a few months of dedicated practice, my penis is in much better shape. It rarely clenches to the left now and the gradation of the curve has reduced by around 5 degrees (note: I have since purchased a digital protractor and my original injury was closer to 20 degrees than 30, so my condition was a lot more mild than I thought—this method has reduced it another 5 degrees or so). It looks healthier and is resting in a fuller state, rather than the somewhat 'beat up' state it would after RestoreX.

I was reticent to share this because someone had made it clear this forum doesn't support the Angion methods, but that is what is currently helping me out. My hope is this doesn't turn into a debate as I don't want to talk about scientific claims or anything, I am just an N of 1 and am very happy with the way things are going for my unique body.

Other points: There is something unique about my condition so I may not be a good model for others healing journey. The thrombosed lymph in my condition seems to be comorbid with the peyronies and contribute to it insisting on 'folding over' and inflaming in a way that prevents healing in a straightened state. I suspect that Angion-related bloodflow helped tremendously with this related condition which may explain why I have been getting these results. I also used a specific device the creator of the methods made rather than the hand methods and this may have contributed to the results.

Wishing you all well and that you find what works specifically for you!
