When you get an implant do you still have peyronies pain or the tightness in the erection?

Anyone who cycles after an implant feels tightness times 100 in the early stages of recovery plus that is how you gain some size back.

I think you mean after recovery.  I am not sure how you use the term tightness.  All firm erections feel tight in a good way.

I have never heard of a  man with an implant who had a Peyronies Disease flareup of pain or sensitivity and I have read every word of every journal on this forum and many elsewhere.

I had serious Peyronies Disease with a huge dorsal plaque mass, hinging and a wicked curve. In my case, my Peyronies Disease had been stable (chronic) for years before I got my implant a few weeks ago. I hadn't had any pain in years. Peyronie's doesn't go away with an implant, but most if not all of the symptoms and the often resulting ED are overcome. Implants aren't by by definition a "cure", but a very effective treatment. I think most men are in the chronic phase before they get to having an implant put in. I'm not sure a surgeon would do an implant during the early onset, acute phase.  Just my personal viewpoint.

I don't think I have ever read about an implant being put in - in the acute stage. I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule.

I think there are exceptions, especially with men who seem to linger in the acute stage.  Usually, men are out of that stage naturally by the time they conclude they need an implant and get through the consultations and schedule surgery.  It took some is 15 - 20 years to make up our minds :(

Semi-functional with cockrings, Viagra, L-arginine, VED's all in various combinations. You are right, however.  It was a huge, foolish blunder.  There was no spontaneity. I could have saved over an inch in length if I had moved sooner.  It was a disservice to me, my very supportive wife, and by extension, a disservice to this community.  When someone accuses me of profiting from implants is like a dumb joke.  I was the GREATEST skeptic on the forum.  I obsessed over "my glans will not engorge like with a VED.  I might lose another inch on top of more than an inch I already lost, etc.  Will it seem artificial to my wife or me?  Once I was educated, I felt the responsibility to pass it on.

I have similar experience. I wish I had known about implants sooner. Not one urologist mentioned it to me. I could have saved losing length by not having a Nesbit surgery. I had years of "sometimes sex". Sometimes my penis would stay hard enough for sex, sometimes it would not. Even then, it was so psychologically damaging to our sex life. I have been fortunate to have a great spouse, but still pre-implant was always a crap shoot on whether sex would work or not.
I had nearly 5 years of "maybe sex".
I am so happy now.

Simple answer.

Implant. Peyronies done. 4 urologists told me that.

2 years after implant. No more peyronies. Period.
