Just got the PMP

Just got the PMP...

I'm having some serious trouble getting my glans sucked into the chamber. im using the pump and following the instructions to my best ability. Im not sure why, but my glans just won't go into the chamber. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I doing something wrong? How can I overcome this? any advice or links that would be helpful are appreciated.

EDIT: fixed it! Turns out the PMP didn't come fully assembled and was missing the ring inside the glans chamber. had to put the Ring inside the glans chamber. Works great. Thanks everyone!

Have you tried using larger sluice/diaphragm and also smaller rings or no rings, maybe try it with the hose too

the instructions on their website (PMP) are quite direct and complete
have you seen those?

I actually have not, I will be trying the different rings. Ive found using the hose difficult as well. Im determined for this device to work. Also thank you for sharing that thread! Looking it over now

I have, I'm following the directions pretty clearly ie: having my glans up against the hole and then trying to push it in with the force of the suction, but no luck yet.

try combining different sluice colours with different diaphagrams.

i found that blue diaphagram and skin sluice work the best and have a perfect fit. it takes some time to get used to it but after a while its fine

You will find that the more you use it things will get easier. Read over the instructions and read my post in the link above. You will find exactly what works for you and stay with that arrangement. When I started using it there were times when I had to reposition the glans chamber several times before I found the correct technique for me. In the beginning the hose provides more precise vacuum control.    Mike
