Learn something positive today.

This talk points out a human problem, i.e., our brains evolved naturally to help us survive.  Our brain is geared to impulsively give far more priority to our preservation than to happiness. This forms a basis of stress, depression, anxiety, compulsions, avoidance, to name a few.

This talk introduces one small thing we can do to change our brains.  There are MANY more it does not cover.

The psychology of well-being, happiness, meaning, is significantly researched and understood by science.  Unfortunately, it is not understood by those who need it most.

One video points out the problem but the free Yale course in the resources at the top of the board teaches the process.
