Does xiaflex help in cases of erectile dysfunction?

Hello everyone! For anyone who has read my presentation on this forum, I suffer from Peyronie even though my plaque is quite soft and my penis bends to the right, but slightly, not pronounced. I also often have an hourglass shape in the middle of my penis shaft, and it shrunk after the injury I had with Jelqing. These exercises have caused me severe erectile dysfunction, and I cannot get spontaneous erections.
My doctor said to try Xiaflex, but I wanted an opinion from you too, because I have doubts. Ok that Xiaflex helps to dissolve the plaque, but in cases of severe erectile dysfunction how does it behave? Could it solve my injury or is it useless? I always see stories of people who have had improvements but who have no problems with erectile dysfunction. What do you think?
