New here. I think I have peyronies

I'm 19 and my penis curves down when erect.
I have talked to a doctor previously and he told me that I probably don't have it because I'm young. And that if I really have peyronies that I should probably contact a urologist. (I know how to contact them)
I had the curve ever since I was young.
I'm sure it's genetic because when I was 5 I remember one of my parents asking me if my dick was curved when it was hard. Sadly back then I didn't understand what they meant and just said no.
The curve appears to be either 50, 40 or 30 degrees.
I do not feel pain or anything regularly in my penis.

Also I don't think I have Erectile Dysfunction. I can achieve erections without any problems.

I just wanted to ask you guys for any treatment recommendations and tips for what I should do right now in order to get it treated. I'm hoping to get it treated as fast as possible.

By the way, is any sexual intercourse possible with a curved penis like this?(Anal, oral, vaginal)

Here's a simple, outline drawn over a picture of my erect penis from the side. to display the severity of the curve. For some reason the attach image feature didn't work so I just used imgur.

Please remember, the outline is a little bit crude and inaccurate.

Any help is appreciated.

Anonymous1, Welcome to the forum.

You very likely do not have Peyronies Disease but likely have a congenital curve (meaning from birth).  That could be genetic or happened for some other reason during development.  Because it is not a disorder, unlike Peyronies Disease, it is not progressive.  The tissue is healthy.

I am not going to pretend to be an expert on congenital curvature.  I think the most likely solution would be surgery, but you are far better off going without surgery than you are letting a good surgeon operate on you.  You need a great surgeon, not a good surgeon.  That means one who does dozens of these surgeries a year.  That will not be easy to find because there are not a lot of those surgeries being done.  Take your time and find the best.

I think there is some chance, especially at your age, that traction could reduce your curve by 50%.  The best thing to do is search 'congenital" on the forum, read posts by others, and learn from their experiences.

Finally, you probably can have sex depending on your degree of curve and how rigid you get during erection, and your partner's experience.  A female can best accommodate a curve that bends toward the front of her stomach. With a downward curve, this means dog-style entry from the back.  If you are very curved, rather than her being on her hands and knees, she could be on her knees with her head laying on a pillow, so she is bending more in the curve's direction.  If she is young, a virgin, and small, those can all make it more challenging.  Plenty of lubrication (natural or added) will help.

Hawk, thank you for the help. I will try to look into congenital and ways to treat it.

Most of my life I never seeked women or female attention because I felt like I couldn't be a good partner due to the curve. Recently, I started dating regardless and got quite some female attention and met a very kind and beautiful woman. We click very, very well. I do not want to ruin the relationship and I prefer to have the curve fixed before we have sex. How long do you think it would take me to get it fixed?

"a female can best accommodate a curve that bends toward the front of her stomach. With a downward curve, this means dog-style entry from the back. "
So, vaginal penetration is impossible or is it not?

I could test it myself in what ways of sex are possible with my curve by visiting an escort (we have alot of them in Amsterdam thankfully). They also have alot of sexual experience too so maybe they can even help.
Thoughts on this plan?

I think vaginal intercourse is probably possible in the position I mentioned and maybe some other positions if you experiment.  It isn't easy to know for sure since I am not sure of the degree of the curve.  You are allowed to post photos, but that is up to you.

You could indeed test it out with an "escort."  I am a little old-fashioned and will let you decide if you want your first-ever intercourse to be with an escort.

I cannot say how long it would take you to find a surgeon and have surgery and heal.  I am worried that you will not be careful enough to find a GREAT HIGH-VOLUME surgeon and have major regrets.

I would guess that it would take 8 weeks to heal enough for intercourse, but you might still look like you had surgery at that point.

Here is a link to searching both the words congenital and surgery together in the same post.  There are pages of results and many more pages if you search congenital alone.

PS: The link did not work but click on Advanced search, put both words in the search box separated by a space.  Put a check in - Show results as messages

Anonymous,

You gave enough detail that I filled in your signature line, so you will not have to keep explaining the details of your case.  I hope you stay around.  We are happy to support you in your journey.

I also re-read your first post and saw the tracing you made and included that in your signature.
