The injury was 3 years ago... a small popping sound, loss of errection, some pain. Not too much no swelling. I wish it wad because then i may habe visited the doc immediately but i didnt. I went way to late (2 months later) when i realized something was wrong that i have still pain. Now, 3 years later almost nothing changed. The pain, after sex and masturbation or just having a hard one for a few minutes is still there and the curving has only worsened after i probably reinjured it once again a year ago (the penis is clearly more sensitive to damage because that was way less traumatic than the first injury).
I do not know why tge progress doesnt stop and i become pain free? Guys do you have any idea? Can it be due to masturbation? I cant go much longer than 3 days without... and i am not too gentle. Do you have any other idea? It bothers me so much that i cant at least achieve the pain free chronic phase or just less pain. I also have no plaques. Its almost like i am in constant imflammatory phase. I dont smoke, i changed my diet, lots of supplement. What else? I am too scared to try ved or traction because if i get pain just from sex, how will he react from pulling it? Any help appreciated.
26y, injured at 21 :/

Reinjured late 2019 when having sex with weak errection.
No curvature, but rotation of the base to the left about 30degrees
Main problem: chronic flaccid pain.

Trying different stuff now

hello. i assume you already visited an urologist that has knowledge about this disease (most don't).
anyway i advise to try to abstain from sex for a while indeed. i too used to feel very soft pain after i used my penis so i supposed it was slowing down the stabilization.
also the specialists i consulted warned me against the use of traction so i personally don't touch that.

Have you tried hyperthermia (rice sock method)? It made the pain go away for me (acute phase)...
