why is it recommended to use viagra before sleep ONLY? can i take it every 5-8hours(or however long the effects last) and basically get a longer effect like cialis?

If you want lasting effects the practical solution is Cialis Daily.

I think single sue PDE5 inhibitors are specifically limited to every 24 hours.

Do you mean a 100mg pill is limited to 24hours, or any dose is?
can i split 100mg to 2-3 times a day is basically the question

I understand the practical solution is cialis but il risk the prescription to viagra if il ask for cialis,when every doctor refused to prescribe anything  i told my GP to give me viagra before an mri to get an erection and now i just call to ask for prescription renewal and he does it mindlessly

And im slightly confused over why wouldnt anyone choose to have lasting effects and go with cialis over viagra

Personally the erections can be annoying when trying to put the traction device but otherwise its fine and i want to get the full benefit if theres no reason not to.

Cialis stays in your system longer. Cialis 1/2 life is 17.5 hours to where Viagra 1/2 life is 2 - 3 hours. I found that Viagra gave me horrendous migraines. Plus Cialis was cheaper. It just makes more sense to have the drug levels always constant to fight the inflammation.

Should i be wanting long lasting effects as with cialis if i get ocassional unwanted erections during traction?
I forgot that this concern is part of the reason why i was thinking of taking a higher dose viagra at night and smaller at daytime
