Was just prescribed 5mg/day cialis to hopefully help with my peyronies (I have no ED). Do you guys recommend taking it in the morning or night or does it not matter at all? Thanks!

Once you are on Cialis for a week or so, you will have an almost constant amount circulating in your blood stream so the time of day does not matter. You get a short small burst within 1-2 hours of taking the next pill, but it is not that much. Most doctors do recommend taking the pill at night, but if that is not convenient, taking any other time is fine, just try to take it about the same time each day. By the way, I buy 5 mg pills and cut in half to take 2.5 mg every morning along with a few other meds and vitamins, so I only have to take pills once a day.
62YO, hourglass indent/hinging at base 30deg bend up 3cmx2cm hard plaque at dorsal base. No ED. 3 rounds Xiaflex decreased plaque/indent/hinge/bend. 1 year later, penis went from 7.5 to 5.5 in, but only 15 degree bend and no hinging.

Wow!  Nobody told me to take in the PM, so I always did my Cialis in the morning.   :-X

But like someone up there said... as long as you take it at the same time each day it levels out.  So there you are!  I have plenty of night time erections.  I usually wake up holding them for some reason.

Diagnosed 5 years ago with an upward curve of 60-65 degrees.
Completed one full round of treatments with Xiaflex (8 injections)  Measured curve 40-45 degrees after that
Using Restorex and took oral medications as well (Pentox Cials)

It's generally recommended to take it at the same time every day to maintain a steady level of the medication in your system. Personally, I find that taking it in the morning works best for me, as it helps to set a routine and keeps me consistent. However, the timing may vary based on your lifestyle and preferences, so if evenings suit you better, that's perfectly fine too.

Ultimately, the key is consistency rather than the specific time of day. Monitor how your body responds over a few weeks, and don't hesitate to discuss any concerns

Yes I have had the exact same experience.

I was amazed at having morning and spontaneous erections so frequently. It reminds me of my teenage years.

They say Tadalafil doesn't increase your libido but I feel that it definitely does.

As when you get an erection that's so much harder you feel the need to act on it.

I take mine every morning.
