Guys i developed penis torsion by Peyronies... My penis is rotating clockwise direction and it gets more and looks really unaesthetic to the point that i think if it becomes more i will have to have surgery one day just for the optic.

No traction devices supports torsion i think? Should i try manual traction instead?

Bumping this cause I have the same issue of torsion / twisting at the base. Does traction help at all with this?

When I used the search function for "twist" all of the searches come up for posts that were made in the "introduce yourself" part of the forum, but no one seems to be able to address the twisting / torsion problem/solution.

Please help!

You can just fasten it in a twisted state, obviously go slowly and cautiously etc.
Age 57, Onset 2010, 2" shortening, shrinking and angulation of glans, weaker erections, 30 degree bend. Mild pain few months, but far from worst symptom. Tried many ideas, not just from here, but not consistently. Moderate improvement, maybe 40%

We want to know if the torsion/twist can be fixed with traction, not if we can do traction on a penis that has torsion/twist.

the original question was can you do traction with torsion with a device , as opposed to, having to do it manually.  well of course you can. There won't be any scientific studies on the effectiveness, so you will have to use your own logic, given that conventional traction works , and the applied tension is more directly opposing the deforming tension. It would make sense if it helped for hourglassing too.

You're right, my apologies. I'm just desperate to find answers. I'm doing manual traction at the moment but don't know if it'll be futile for my torsion.

I'll add myself to the list of people with clockwise torsion who wants to know if this helps, too. The torsion starts from mid-shaft to the glan, at the angle of around 14:30.
Age: 40's
What: Approx 30 degree left from mid shaft, 45 degree clockwise torsion.
How: PE (June 2021)

Regimen:
⁍ Pentox 400mg (3 x daily)
⁍ Tadalafil 10mg (2 x daily)
⁍ Verdanafil 100mg (1 x 2 days)
⁍ Arginine/NAC/Vit-E/Ginger/Berries/Kelp
