Hi everyone, I'm a 26 year old boy and I'm Italian. I have been reading to you for over a year, but I have decided to write something about myself just now.
I was injured due to Jelqing and stretching in October 2018.

My penis has been in an hourglass shape for many months and I was (am) desperate. I have been going to various urologists for three years to ask for advice on how to treat this damage, but nothing has been helpful.
Some said it was psychological when it is evident that it is physical damage.
I tried Cialis 5mg, vitamins and supplements, shockwaves, a PRP shot but nothing helped.

My penis was an hourglass in the beginning, while now it bends to the right, but only in a flaccid state (due to Jelqing I have almost totally lost spontaneous erections and I have severe erectile dysfunction).
Just a few days ago a urologist diagnosed me with Peyronie's disease. He said to have an ultrasound and that he will give me injections with Hyaluronic Acid. I currently use the VED pump every day, because I am afraid of losing too many dimensions.

I hope that the treatment will heal me, because it is my last hope, otherwise I think I will have to resort to an implant.
Thanks to everyone for the information and experiences that help those like us (some more and some less) suffering from this terrible nightmare.
Sorry for the bad English and thanks for everything! :)

The Shockwave therapy didn't help you at all?. Not even with erections?. I also was thinking to inject Hyarulonic acid, but there is a really bad review from a guy from England under the " combination treatment " section, read it before you take a decision. If you do the Hyarulonic acid, please comment the results, because I want to do it too
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend

Welcome to the forum AleJelI just spoke with another member "20yo" who said he saw no improvements from those injections.

Why is that your last hope?  Describe your ED in detail.
1. Do you get NTE's.
2. Have you tried conservative gentle treatment with a VED or traction?
3. Do you take L-arginine or L-citrulline?
4. How did you come to the point of jelging?  I would like to hear about that obsession and how it started.

Hi guys and thanks for the welcome! I tried shockwave therapy and it gave me more penile oxygenation, but it didn't fix Peyronie's disease. Same thing for Cialis, I feel my penis much more oxygenated but I can't get spontaneous erections (except at night or in the morning, in fact I'm going to buy it back just to give the penis more blood flow, even if it won't cure me of the disease.)

Falco, yes I am using VED every day 10 minutes, 2 times a day, but I still don't have spontaneous erections, but it helps me to have the penis with more blood flow. I am also doing 5 minutes of manual stretching every night (but I am very careful with both, as they look a lot like the Jelqing techniques that have ruined me).
I started Jelqing to enlarge my penis (I also had a big and wonderful penis, now it is lifeless and it has also shrunk a little, I would like to kill myself).

Sometimes I get erections in the morning but they are very rare, almost non-existent, and when I do they are quite soft and not as hard as they used to be. I will try to use hyaluronic acid, but just to see if it will help me or not, if I see no improvement I will stop the treatment.

Has anyone been successful with DMSO combined with another? I would like to try it and see if it works on me, even if by now I think nothing solves this situation, in fact I think I will have to resort to the implant (but first I will try both hyaluronic acid and DMSO).

I would also like to say that my penis is sometimes very hard all over the shaft of the penis even when flaccid, while other times it is soft and cold, and feels lifeless, with a rubbery texture. I don't know if this is just Peyronie, the appearance of my penis changes a lot.

Hey so it sounds like you're fairly advanced. I personally always suggest extensive (long periods of time) traction coupled with VED. One thing i'm seeing helping is using DMSO+X (Potaba, Magnesium Oil, Vitamin-C). I now apply this *while* doing traction being careful for the mixture not to come in contact with the plastic. Some people has been able apply DMSO while using a VED but i haven't mastered that yet.

5 minutes of stretching is not nearly enough. I did 6-8hrs of traction per day with RestoreX, Totalman rod extender, and the lg hanger (up to 9lbs). To be able to actually gain length. I would be very happy if it weren't for the persistent ED i got since my injury.

Because of ED i take 10mg cialis and actually use PGE-1 injections (NOT trimix as the acidity in the other ingredients is known to cause Peyronie's.)

PGE-1 is known anecdotally to increase the girth of the penis. I believe this is because it delinks collagen, which may cause shortening in the long term. I offset this by doing extensive traction. Additionally i used the VED on days that i don't inject. I tend to inject ~3 times per week and am seeing some marginally improvements. Been doing this for about month and a half.

In your case PGE-1 and DMSO may help along with consistent traction. The PGE-1 will also help your ED as it increases smooth muscle content and provides good blood flow to the penis.

I think Hyrauluonic acid might be a good next step for you, though i hear the improvements are temporary.

As for surgery, sounds like you don't have much of a curve and it might be more disperse scarring.
Honestly, if i were you i might do extensive traction, injections to see ED improvement. If not, then do a penile implant + HA. Or look into extra tunical grafting w/ or w/out an implant.

Good luck.

Hi Luis! Yes, I've been injured for about 2 and a half years now. Honestly I am considering whether to use stretching / traction, because I injured myself doing Jelqing exercises which consisted of stretching the penis. For now I would like to oxygenate the penis as much as possible with VED and maybe cialis. Maybe the traction would help me, but I'm very afraid of doing worse with all those daily and prolonged hours.

I am very interested in DMSO, and I would like to have a ready-made solution with the other ingredients, because I am a little afraid to make it myself, but I could try. It's one of the few things left for me to try.

As for the surgery, if I had to do it I would go to the implant, I would like to be operated on by Dr. Eid in America, even if it is very far from my home (I live in Italy), but I would like to have the best, and it seems to me a very good doctor. from various reviews.

Now I will try to get DMSO (I would like to find it ready if I can), and I will do injections of hyaluronic acid, but in reality I do not have much hope, also because I see that almost everyone here has more or less erections, my condition does not allow me to have spontaneous erections, hop a very severe erectile dysfunction.
I will still evaluate if the extender is for me, thank you very much for your advice! :)

Luis Fernandez, Isn't PG-1 contraindicated for man with Peroynes?, that's what I read on the Alprosthadil site. In my case, I got the Peroynes due to Trimix injections.

Every injectable and every oral PDE5 inhibitor is contraindicated for Peyronies Disease, but every Peyronies Disease doctor and most men here know that is just a cover-your-ass statement to prevent lawsuits.

As with any needle to the penis, You must keep close track of the results with constant objective measurements and evaluation to see its effect.  You also MUST apply direct pressure to the injection site for a minimum of two minutes to prevent bleeding because whole blood in the tissue triggers scaring.

I just go by the studies and what my dr (Dr. Eid) has told me. He said PGE-1 is generally safe and that the ingredients in trimix are what cause scarring.

https://www.nature.com/articles/3900296.pdf?origin=ppub - in this study it says that worst case scenario PGE-1 has 15% chance of scarring.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8051767/ - this one says scarring was due to bad injection technique

From what i gather scarring from injections is not huge issue as doctors can just make a relief incision in most cases. In either case i do extensive traction to try to lessen the risk as much as possible.

As for traction, the studies are clear. It is safe and effective.

I just ordered a SizeGenetics (Extender), which should arrive in a few days. I'll let you know how it goes! For now I will continue to do ved and start traction. I'm also taking L-Citrulin even if I see no changes. I will also update you as soon as I will make injections, hoping to help me.

I wanted to ask you if you think it is normal to have a cold penis often with Peyronie. When I have erections (I only have them if I self-stimulate), my penis returns to its flaccid state within seconds and I cannot maintain an erection. Also, my penis rotates slightly to the right when it is flaccid, but is sometimes extremely smaller and colder, and it feels as if there is torn tissue in the middle of the shaft (a kind of crease forms that "splits" the penis). This I think is the result of the violent stretching I used when I was doing Jelqing. Is it possible that this is just Peyronie or could it be some vein leak? Do any of you have a penis with a similar physical appearance?

Hmm not sure. At the beginning yeah i had those symptoms. I could literally push my penis into my body which was terrifying. I have torsion also but only while erect.

What helped me out with that is traction, l-citrulline, pentoxyfilline, and cialis.
I also recommend you get a vacuum based traction device or restorex.

The size genetics is a little outdated but will be good to start in either case.

You cannot palpitate venous leak.  Venous leak is nothing but a vein not getting squeezed shut by the pressure of an erection.  It often has nothing to do with the vein itself but with plaque next to a vein preventing the compression from exerting pressure on the vein.
