3) I am not sure how I would rate the pain. It is a nagging constant pain. I have did an hour before, but every 5mins I try to add a pump. Also, I am doing light modeling

I am 10 mins into the cycle, and pumped to max. I can feel the burn in shaft right now.
I could have sex now, but it would not be as pleasurable with the burn feeling. It's not that bad, but I would think having sex would make pain worse.

But couldn't you deflate a little and have sex?

I think your pain is totally pain from forcing expansion and correction.  Love it, relish it, and embrace as much of it as you can stand.  When you want to have sex, only inflate as mush as needed to have intercourse.

In time you will be able to totally inflate for long periods with zero discomfort.

Cold brew, I seem to remember having pain in my shaft for almost a year. Sometimes it was worse than others. I endured the pain as I knew it was the shaft increasing in girth and length.
I no longer have pain, but I sort of miss the pain of the stretching, LOL.
Even though I had pain sometimes when inflated, I still had sex and always ejaculated. There were a few times, that I would overthink the act of sex and did not ejaculate, but that was psychological.
My scrotum was sore for a good 3 months.
We all heal differently.
I don't think I had sex until my 32nd day, but again it was slightly painful, but not enough to stop the feeling of plowing the spouse and shooting deep.
Stay the course, you will be fine.

Post=Op Day 43

I had my visit with Lentz today. He said everything has healed nicely. He said, " I see you have been aggressively cycling ". I told him yes at least 2 times a day averaging 45min+ per cycle. I asked him if that was a problem, and he said no that is good. He said most of his patients are not able to do that.
I wish now I would have asked him how did he know I was cycling aggressively. What do you think he saw/felt to let him know about my cycling?

Modeling--He grabbed my penis and held it straight with one hand and pumped with the other hand. He held it very tight and straight (not letting it bend). He said to hold this for 10 mins. He may have held it for 1 min just showing me how to model. When he let it go it was surprisingly a lot straighter. I was amazed what that did. I will inflate with 1 hand while holding penis straight.

He asked if I had used it yet, and I replied no. I am clear do use it, and exercise.

He also said I did not have to wear penis pointed up in jockstrap.
How long do most people wear their penis pointed up?

Congratulations and glad it is all straightening out. LOL
I am very happy for you and can't wait to hear how you feel about it a year from now, as most of us are amazed at the transformation.
