Why can't I get an implant?

All doctors dismiss me. Been having change of size, change of shape, change of sensation, dicoloration and pain for years now after jelqing as a teen. I know I f'~c<+d up at 17, but most if not ALL symptoms developed the months and years after untill this day (26 now). I still don't get taken seriously and no doctor will implant me. What the hell do I do? They keep saying it's minimal and won't get worse, but it only got worse over time. They also tell me that even if it does get worse they can't do anything. What the heck do I do? I almost got my life back in order except for this problem and I refuse to wait and see till I go impotent or too small to function. Please help me, I do not have the money or ability to visit a REAL doctor and I'm in the Netherlands.

Just save money and get an implant, ask the top implant surgeons in Europe for the cost or ask the top US surgeons,  just get the money 💰 and do it

thats a trick question obviously there are no top surgeons in europe period. its all a waste ruined by social medicine
