Pmp sluice/diaphragm lasting only 2 days

After 2 days of usage the sluice and the diaphragm get too stretched/loose and i cant seal my glans inside, is this how long they last for you? Not sure if im using wrong sizes or doing something wrong.

with or without sluice adapter?
using it for how long each session?
using which lubricant?
do you clean it after use or not?

2 days is way too little, you need to adapt something.

The diaphragm lasts ~3 weeks in my case. I replace the sluice every 3 weeks, too.
Do you use an oil or anything like that? That could damage the silicon or you damage the parts with your finger nails.

Using the yellow(medium) sluice and the blue diaphragm, tried blue sluice and was the same issue.
I do use the sluice adapter, assuming you mean those 2 half circles,
i used the small circles and i needed to create lots of suction for my glans to stay in there when i apply traction, the top half of my glans just pop right out unless i apply lots of suction.

I have tried the larger size and my glans dont fit, now im trying to mix those sluice rings 1 small size and 1 large and it still doesnt work

Im using the gel it came with
Around 40min-1h my penis starts to get a weird sensation, sort of itchy from the inside,  painful and slightly numb, sometimes completly numb
Currently getting probably between 7h-12h a day

The diaphragm keeps on tearing up while in usage and exploding on my glans but i cant use less suction because then my glans will be half left out.
It seems like im relying on the vaccum to keep it in place when i should be relying on the rings? Yet ive tried the rings sizes and nothing works

If it lasts you 3 weeks is it because they dont become stretched and loose or because you can still do traction with it being somewhat loose?

Also do you guys modify it to use it after it loosens with those half circle rings?

It is a combination and balance between the two. Also you should only be using a very small amount of the gel. If the sluice is too big then air will leak into the chamber because it is not contacting your shaft. You can have the smallest adapter but will still slip out. I say try less gel and change out your sluices but dont use the smaller adapter rings. See if this gives you a better result.

i have tried it already, my glans went completely numb from using the smallest sluice and i couldnt take it off, had to use scissors to cut it off
