hi there

i'm looking at an efficient way to heat my penis before traction but sadly dont have a microwave for the popular rice sock method. i've been using lukewarm water from the shower head but was wondering if anyone had a more effective/easy method.

i tried an IR lamp but it was way too bulky and i was getting blinded after a few minutes

thanks!

I use a small heating pad set to low. I checked the temperature with a thermometer and it reads around 104 degrees when I use a small hand towel wrapped around it. I have checked some of our other heating pads and they put out much more heat on low. So it depends on which heating pad you are using.

I always aim for around 104 - under 110 degrees. This study is a good read on the role of hyperthermia.
