Thick albuginea

According to the results i have no plaque but my albuginea is relatively thick(4mm at the base)

Not sure what to conclude and if i should just assume the mri is wrong, i had lots of pain the day of the mri because the day before i reinjured myself with traction, also the mri was with some injection before(to the vein, not the dick)
I also took some viagra before, and did the test flaccid

Any ideas whats going on?
