Glands are too large for PMP

I just got my PMP today and I went to test it out and I found out when I went to insert my glands in the PMP, it was too small and unable to fit the head, I just spent $400 to find out it doesn't fit, does anyone know if there's any way to change this?
23, right curve, dorsal indent left corpora, hinge/buckling, length loss and girth loss (.5 in), Pelvic floor issues, severe peno-scrotal webbing & hidden penis via aggresive circumcision, 2 flair ups,700+ hours w/ PMP, pentox & cialis, want titan.

You could try contacting PMP manufacturers. Oftentimes they can suggest fixes to these sort of problems.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

I don't know anything about you. Maybe you have only problems with the use of this TD? The glans is flexible and the device made for normal sizes. If you haven't got a nor al sized penis, contact the seller.
26 years old, first symptoms since August 2020, 45° bend to the left, hinge effect and pain at the beginning

Have you tried using the largest sluice/diaphragm, or not putting in those 2 half circles, or using a lot of gel?

Im using the hose and i need to squeez the top of the glans while sucking them in.
I squeez them not by direct touch but through the skin 1cm or so lower than the glans, and im circumcised.
Age:23. Onset of symptoms: september 2020.
Curve mostly semi erect about 60 degrees, slight pain
Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto,carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder

I did last week and they still haven't gotten back to me. I hoping they do tho as I really would like to be able to use the PMP as it seems to be the best option aside from the RestoreX which I view as situationally dependent for which one to use.

Yes and the diaphragm explodes like a hymen, I can get the glands in after the diaphragm explodes but then i experience slipping and have to re-adjust every 10-30 minutes.
