I have a ventral curve (downward) starting almost between the base and middle of penis. I am seeing conflicting reviews on which setting I should be for counter traction. RestoreX manual recommends a setting of 30 and 60 degree only for plaques closer to base. The devices inventor dr.trost in his video on YouTube mentions most people see improvement in curve with 90 or 120 degree counterbending. Which setting should I use ?

I found this to be a trial and error process. My bend is also more to the base. So much so restorex counterbend does not allign to my penile bend. To resolve this. I made my own  counter bend traction device.

There is no one angle that is perfect. The answer is to take  it as far as is comfortable. When I first began using restorex (about 9 months ago). It was impossible to use the counter bend function. Now I can do 45 degrees. In my own own device it's 90 degrees.

The further the better, but don't do it if it's uncomfortable or you feel circulation is being blocked. That is the cause of injury or no positive results.

It's just my experience.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

The instructions in the RestoreX manual states that you should move the clamp housing to the final position, and to not exceed the 60 degree counter-bend position to specifically target bends lower on the shaft.
