Does shock wave therapy helps with Erectile Dysfunction if you have Peroynes

I want to do Shockwave therapy for Erectile Dysfunction, but I wonder if having Peroynes would be a problem. I read so many articles contradicting each other about Peroynes and Shockwave therapy:
A) Some say that the therapy helps with Peroynes and Erectile Dysfunction
B) Some say it helps only with Erectile Dysfunction
C) Some say it makes Peroynes worst and does nothing for Erectile Dysfunction
In there anyone on this forum that used Shockwave and got better erections, at this point I'm not looking to improve my deformity but get better erections.
Any information will be highly appreciated, God bless you Peroynes sufferers

My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My Erectile Dysfunction is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

I have used it an it is helped.  Must use in erect state and true shockwave not gainswave

I haven't seen many people reporting improvements over this shockwave thing. Or at least not here on the board. But you can try.... I advise against crazy ideas like trying at home with some machine you bought.

ESWT was the best treatment I had. I found it was the only thing to reduce pain. I did verapamil shots which worked a little bit. Traction hurt and I never was able to get it going. ESWT was the only thing to help with pain and I noticed a major difference after 1 session. I did maybe 6-8 of them. I generally go for 'tune ups' every few months now to do 1 session.

Sorry for the delay here. it did not assist with deformity. It helped pain and although qualitative, I think it helped blood flow too. For me, the biggie was pain - I had constant pain while 'soft'. 6 sessions of ESWT for me and I could sit in my chair at work and not be in pain. For me, it was freeing.
