Hi,

I suffer from Peyroines ,  no pain, curvature upwards and to the left, much softer erections.

Have been locking at shockwave therapy - seems to have mixed reviews? Can anyone please advise on their thoughts? The dr is have been in contact with has offered 6 sessions for £2800 and states there is a 70% success rate.

Don't want to obviously throw money down the drain but would be interested to hear others opinions.

My urologist has a shockwave device and recommends it only to help with pain and ED. Shockwaves don't improve the curvature, that's why I wouldn't recommend it to you.

I have done two sessions so far - out of six - the original price was £3k but I got a discount as they had messed me around - I am doing this in combination with PRP injections and using the pump - so far no improvement on the curvature - the whole treatment is costing me over £6K - if you wait another 6 weeks I will tell you if it makes any difference. I only have a relatively small plaque and about a 20° curvature - but the plaque disfigures my erection - creates like a step - I have no ED problems at all - even if the erection is a little painful - penis works absolutely fine. So far I feel like I have been ripped off but since I have already paid going to see it through and then will feedback to this group.

I tried having sex last night , it was a complete disaster. I feel like I'm a virgin
All over again 🥲 although I got it in this time😂 i couldn't ' thrust' and it slipped out
And then i couldn't get it back in.

I'm taking 5G of daily tadinifell and although it is helping with the erections
It's not really making sex any easier. There seems to be so many other things
You can take alongside it but I don't know which ones are best and do they
Actually effect the curvature?

Helped me somewhat. I think I need to go back. Maintenance is necessary.
