Question on adding length to PMP

Hi all

Been using the PMP for the last week and must say i am surprised by how comfortable the device is. I am currently applying around 400 g weight and my dick is already getting used to this. does it become more effective if i add more length and slowly try extending and if so, when would be best without pushing and risking injury?

The length depends on the tension. If you have to screw much for your 400g of tension, add a short piece.

Markdubby, don’t you have pain?? As per your signature your onset is very recent.
I sometimes do traction without pain, however other times doing exactly the same I have pain for days.
(I mean pain after traction maybe during 2 days after the session, never during the session.)
That is very annoying because I can have constancy.

Still Don’t know why this flaccid pain comes and goes. Is it normal considering my regime is exactly the same?

Nolte94, I prefer adding small parts than moving the screw up. I guess the result is the same, adding tension. But I thing that the screw is a bit unstable.

no pain at all, neither flaccid nor erect. and yeah the screws are fine, am just a bit worried about glans shape change, are these permanent after long use?
