Thanks to a family friend I have access to a therapeutic ultrasound machine. I'm starting treatment low .5w/cm*2 for 5 minutes. After first treatment feels mildly better (might be a placebo) but will keep going with treatment. I will be increasing wattage as well as time. The nih did ouch longer intervals. But seeing how the machine is here I will be taking my time to make sure I am helping not hurting.

I found one study of US treatment:

The study shows some (minor?) improvement. I was so desperate that I bought an US machine (Sonopuls 190 II with large & a small treatment head) for treatments. Price was almost eur2000,-.
I´ve using it for three months every second day. No help at all.
2 failed TURP surgery destroyed ejaculation, orgasm and sensation.
They caused severe Peyronies and nerve damage.
Erection is still left.
Peyronies since 2019, age 62.
