I'm not talking about curvature or denting I'm talking about the scars themselves, do they tend to get softer in feel or lessen in appearance over time? And can you have scarring that isnt peyronies or is peyronies any scarring to the penis

In June this year I have the scars almost 5 years .
They developed over a time Frame of about 12 Month
So to correctly answer your question - They are stabil since 4 Years.
Mine does not get softer or less prominent.
I guess i will have them until the wooden Box (a german saying " Bis zur Holzkiste") which means the rest of my life...

Since they dint get worse or new scar appears I'm okay with it .
It took me almost 3 Years to accept that.

Generally your question could be answered different than mine cause (you will read this over and over again) - Everybody is different
and even in 21 Th Century they do not know a Thing about this crap

i think it is possible for it to become less dense. To what effect I'm not sure. I actually initially went down in curvature even though I did nothing when comparing my curvature the first time I noticed to 18 months later. I spoke to Dr. Ronald Suh and he said it appears the scar tissue got less dense so based on his opinion I'm assuming it can?

I would assume theres a limit to this though unless you use Xiaflex. Some people also spontaneously improve? So it would be interesting to find the implication of that on scar tissue.
22 yrs old - first noticed peyronies in June 2018, 30-35 degree curve, April 2020 - Consulted Dr. Ronald Suh - Advised against Xiaflex - Currently using Restorex Device

Diet softens my scar tissue. When I'm low carb and no coffee, over days it becomes more and more comfortable and I don't even feel them
