Hi everyone! I have been there for months but this is my firts post.
First of all, sorry for my bad english, hope u can understand me. Im 21 years old and this is my story.

One year ago, my relationship was about to end. My girlfriend was beginning to lose her love for me and I knew it. So we started trying to do new things to save the relationship, and between them, we tried a new sex-position: reverse-cowgirl. I wasn't comfortable at all. I've always had a slight upward curvature and a high erection angle, but we still managed to do it almost three times.
It wasn't comfortable for me, in fact, in one of her movement it hurt. We weren't having a good time, it wasn't comfortable, for both of us, but I didnt say anything because i was so worried about my relationship. The last thing I wanted to do is to say NO to her desire of doing a new sex-posture. Was my error, but all this happened in the worst period of the relationship. In another moment of the relationship, I would have said her it wasnt comfortable for me without any problem as we always had a great communication, but at this time, the communication and emotional connection were lost... So, in a act of love, i didnt say anything. That was my biggest error. This is where I think my injury begins, and when I get a complex with the shape of my penis, because it does not allow me to do positions like reverse cowgirl. In that moment, I felt like I cant satisfy her (because of the uncomfortable moment doing reverse-cowgirl)

Days after, my exgirlfriend broke-up with me. I was devastated. I loved her a lot, and I still love her, was a great relationship, and just for 2 bad months of the relationship... her love was off.
Here is why my complex hits me: every month, everyday after this, I did the worst thing... bending my penis in erect size and forcing my erection angle to see how far I could go.
I find out peyronie disease on internet, i go to 3 urologists to see if my penis is normal or not... I started to check my erections Everyday (this lead to masturbation 2 or 3 times a day)
And after a hard urologist exploration, i start to feel pain in my penis. At the same time, I get a urinary infection, which leads to prostatitis, so the urologist thought my penis pain was due to prostatitis, and it could be, but i was sure there were something more.
The infection gave me too pelvic problems, (miofascial syndrome) foreskin swelling, epididimitis...
I take the antibiotics for my infection, and in the last analysis (12th january) bacteria wasn't positive.

Because of I was sure there were something more, I go to another urologist who do an ultrasound and he told me i have 2 little plaques on the base of my penis... He prescribed me 200mg vitamin e and tamoxifen, for 3 months. But I start to read about the best oral treatment on this forum for peyronie, and I realize this treatment isn't effective, so i dont take it, except vitamin e (because low side-effects)

At this moment, my symptoms starts to get worse:
- Hard flaccid
- Base of my penis feels less elastic. My penis is now so rigid even on flacid state.
- My upward congenital curve is worsen (now about 20-25 degrees)
- Higher erection angle: that does not allow me to move it like before.

I look for another urologist (that was the past february 12) who prescribed me pentox (400mg/day)  and cialis (5mg/day). So im happy in on the way to improve, at least something because he prescribed me the best drugs for this, isnt it?

I dont know what exactly causes my peyronies, but I think it has been the perfect storm for getting this disease: possible injury during sex with, depression after broking-up, stress, bad habits, masturbation, maybe infection (because it affected my pelvic floor and i wasn't be able to get an erection due to this), been 1 month without nocturnal erections...

Now you know my story, as I said, im taking daily cialis 5mg and daily pentox (400mg) (I know it is a low dose of pentox, i will increase to 3 rounds of 400 Pentox a day)

Which other supplements do you recommend me? It is safe to take vitamin e combinated with cialis and daily pentox? Or this could increase the chances of bleeding?

Im starting manual traction too, but I'm afraid of hurting myself or causing an hematoma in my penis (because the combination of drugs + traction)

My worst symptom and what worries me the most is the loss of elasticity at the base, more than the curve, because now i feel like due to this loss of elasticity, it may be difficult positions like normal cowgirl.

Thanks for reading, I wish you all the best with this terrible disease! :)

I don't think seeing a photo of your penis helps us at all,  You made a clear post.

Hopefully, you have read this slowly and carefully https://www.peyroniesforum.net/index.php/topic,3180.0.html

I would recommend mechanical traction with the Pentox not manual traction.  You need more stead traction for longer periods of time.

I recommend against any cowgirl or you will get an injury.  There are hundreds here injured by girl-on-top positions.

Yes! i read it Hawk. Everything is very well explained in Survival Guide. Thanks!
I was thinking starting with manual traction as I saw it could be very effective like Neo mentions in his YouTube Channel. But if I dont notice any improve, i'll get a device traction. What traction device would you recommend me?
Yeah I know cowgirl is dangerous, in fact, as i mention, i think my peyronie starts for that reverse-cowgirl with my exgirlfriend, but if I some day my peyronies cures, i'd like to do normal cowgirl extremely carefully in my future relationships, but now i know cowgirl position has to be out of my mind.

Hawk, what do you think of the drugs im taking, as you comment in the survival guide, pentox is one of the best right? Im consider adding vitamin e again and acetyl-l-cartinine, so my oral treatment would be:
- Pentox 400mg three times/day
- Cialis 5mg diary
- 200mg Vitamin E
- L-arginine

Would you add something more?

The only other thing is Acetyl-L-carnitine 1 g twice daily.

It is potentially good for Peyronies Disease in general but I think it is especially good if you have any pain.

I have 30 degree upward curve, every sex position is possible. You are young. I have advice to you do not spend so much time in this forum.%80 member of this forum +60 ages. In normal condition after +60 good sex life is harder.  Even who do not have peyronie sex life is little bit problematic. So this reason when you read posts in this forum do not compare with your situation. They are +60 you are 21.  I saw a man in this forum he is 91 years old. They are just giving to young patients depression. Peyronie does not kill you, but this forum will

I had to laugh at that post, although he does make some valid points.  Obsessing over your penis is not healthy.  Neglecting a real medical problem is also unhealthy, however, so you have to seek balance.  While it is fortunately true that most men on this forum are over 50 years-old, we have members from 17 to 90 and several hundred in their 20's.

Yes I know but you already know after 60 ED is very common. You have peyronie or not does not matter. Okay I understand everyone want a healthy penis even 90 years old. I saw a grandpa in this group he is 91 years old who has peyronie. He told me that his penis still working. Then I asked my grandpa he is 75 years old. He told me that his sex life was over around 65. He had not any peyronie or etc. So If I have erection at 91 years old that's mean peyronie is not so big issue.

Anton,

Peyronies is big enough of an issue that it has robbed millions of men and women of intimate intercourse.  The associated stress and depression have wrecked untold numbers of relationships and resulted in many broken homes and suicides.  Peyronies Disease is a huge deal.  If it ever renders you with a 180-degree bend and/or total Erectile Dysfunction as it has others, you will then have some idea.  Because more men get Peyronies Disease after 50 than before, they are more likely the experts that can help the many men who get Peyronies Disease in their 20's, 30's and 40's.

If you don't think Peyronies Disease is a big issue, then it might not be so for you, and you are probably wasting your time and our time on our forum.  Feel free to drop back in if you ever have a serious problem with Peyronies Disease or Erectile Dysfunction.  We would be glad to give you our understanding and help.

@Hawk

Thanks for the info Hawk. Do you think tamoxifen could be worth? I have a prescription
Could it be benefitial to add tamoxifen to my actual oral treatment? (pentox, cialis, vitamin e, l-arginine...) Or If I add it it can be risky combinated with my actual treatment?

Thanks for your answers.
