guys i have a mich rarer deformity by Peyronies Disease other than curvature to the top, i have penis rotation / torsion, imaginr thr frenulum twisting by a few degree to the right and forming a twist in the penis. My question is, do you think traction devices can help with improving this too?

Reinjured late 2019 when having sex with weak errection.
No curvature, but rotation of the base to the left about 30degrees
Main problem: chronic flaccid pain.

Trying different stuff now

I also have penis torsion. Never really bothered me much so I haven't concentrated on it. What i tend to do is slightly twist my penis the opposite direction before using my RestoreX device. It has helped me somewhat but i never did it as religiously as i've done straight out traction.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

"A few degree" seems not to affect the functionality of ypur penis. Traction can stop tge progress of peyronie along with a few oral drugs/supplements.
Every penis is unique and "a few degree" of curvature or torsion aren't always peyronie.
26 years old, first symptoms since August 2020, 45° bend to the left, hinge effect and pain at the beginning
‐---
Daily Tadalafil
Traction with PMP
VED with one cylinder
Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Tensiologes, Coq10 and healthy food
----
Only 5-10° left 🥳

Mr man

I have the same problem. My penile twist is about 10 degrees. Traction helps with all symptoms of peyronie's, but for me. It worked a whole lot better when I started combining Pentox (with traction).

My twist has been there for about 27 months. About 2 weeks after beginning Pentox (with traction). For the first time. The twist corrected. Only when penis was pushed down, but that more then any other time.

I felt pain in the scar tissue, but took that as a good sign. Perhaps when healthy tissue is being released from adhesion?

Pentox is a must drug for anyone suffering peyronie's. Imho.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

What dosage of pentox do you take and which traction device?

i don't get it. larry levine concludes "indentation have been reduced by traction and girth has been restored in multiple small center studies" yet your narrowing got worse? whats the science behind it? who can we even trust anymore? what is legit research and what is not? at this point i am speechless at the lack of scientific rigor this disease has been approached with and how inconclusive and worthless most of smaller studies are. at this point is it worth doing anything if people constantly report getting worse?
diagnosed in early 2020
shortening and indentation with dorso-lateral curvature
mild to medium ED. tried cialis and ved without any benefits, even with injury from ved

This_Life, I started using the device after my first Peroynes  symptoms, which was a little lateral deviation. After using the traction device for around two or three months, all the sudden got narrowing and a "hinge" effect on the left side of the shaft. I guess, the traction device couldn't stop my Peroynes progression.  Now, I only have two choices:
A) keep doing traction, VED and supplements, waiting for the miracle cured
B) An implant

what about other options like a grafting surgery? and do you think traction has actually worsened the situation instead of not being able to stop natural progression? i think from reading many accounts on this i feel like traction should NOT be started immediately after onset but rather when the inflammatory period has subsided and it is not an open "wound" anymore. that is what my doctor said but then again, there are scientific studies that claim the opposite(traction should be started asap) so what do we really know...

The graft is risky, can cause ED. I rather prefer to have an implant than a graft, my erections are not good anyway

Penis torsion is normally a congenital defect. Given penile congenital cuvature cannot be corrected using traction. Am going to suggest congenital torsion cannot be corrected with traction?

In my case. The twist was a result of trauma. Therefore it would follow traction might help. Indeed, traction has helped.

Sorry to read for some of you guys its made it worse.

Hello how did you use traction? Did you twist your penis to the opposite direction before using it?

I have this, but only when flaccid. My penis hangs to the left. It became more noticeable after traction. However, this may only be due to my penis hanging fuller/lower, and more spongy when flaccid. In other words, due to my hard flaccid before, I never noticed.
