My urologists I've seen were not helpful by any means necessary in my area especially the so called specialist. In order to get prescriptions pentox and colcichine I had to go to my primary. No one helped me with pain so I decided to go see a Rhumatologist to help in that department. He set me up with tramadol and prednisone to help pain and minimize swelling.

Long story short if the doc isn't helping you and you're in pain F~@< him and go get another doc(doesn't have to be urologist) and explain to your doctor that they were less than willing to help. This peyornies is hard enough without docs saying "you don't need pain meds" what's the difference? If it helps me ignore it so be it. At least I'll sleep well at night now and I'm not miserable in the day due to pain.

As a daily pot smoker I gotta add.. VAPE not smoke and don't overdk it cause it can be addictive especislly if you deal with demons caused by peyronies. For me I get EXTREMELY ANGRY if I don't have my pot so that ain't good.
