Hello all,

I am an otherwise healthy 30-year-old who experienced sudden onset erectile dysfunction at the age of 22 just moments after I had the strongest erection of my life. The erection retreated and then I experienced three days of severe pelvic pain and complete impotence. A few days later I was able to have sex again, but my erections and libido have never been the same. No urologist or doctor knows what the hell happened. I have had every MRI and blood test under the sun; all came back normal. I was diagnosed with venous leak via doppler ultrasound about 6 years ago. Cialis 5mg/daily used to work spectacularly; it was like I was in middle school again! However, there has been no sign of life for the past two weeks; this is the worst it's ever been and I'm even feeling suicidal.

I'm considering surgery. Has anyone heard of this guy? https://erectionvascular.com/en/erection-2/

His Google reviews can be found here: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Pr+Eric+ALLAIRE/@48.8435509,2.3526789,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x47e671387df6cfcd:0x4045d4d6b7fabb6e!8m2!3d48.8435474!4d2.3548676

Alternatively, can anyone recommend a renowned surgeon who can address venous leak? I don't want to use shots or an implant. The fact that I can attain a weak erection during masturbation and sex gives me hope that a surgery could yield good results in my case.

Hello. I was reading your link very thoroughly and I did not knew about this clinic nor doctor, but I did read some articles that mentioned Dr Virag. Surprised to see that they talk about vascular surgery and micro vascular surgery.

I'd say you should definitely get in contact with them and do your homework on this. Google reviews only tell you so much and there is a whole ordeal with medical procedures that you have to go through... Also, keep in mind that the success rate for these things is very small and a lot of patients still require pills for sex after this.

I wanted to have microvascular surgery to because of my penile fracture back in 2015 but I ended up not being a candidate for it and I am now saving for an implant. But I read it all about them, and I repeat...... It's not a silver bullet.

I would like to hear more about your thoughts on this.

All I can tell you is that in general this type of surgery has some very poor results. in fact, it has some horror stories. There is some chance this doctor has some different procedure new to me but I would be very skeptical.

When researching keep in mind that an implant can have you having completely reliable, unstoppable sex in as early as 3 weeks after outpatient surgery so suicide would be an utter waste.
