What is wrong with my penis? First symptoms 2 years ago

I had my first Peyronie's symptoms 2 years ago. I went to a very reputable urologist in my country last week and he did an ultrasound on me. He told me that there is "light evidence for Peyronie's, with an emphasis on light". He told me I am in the beginning stages of Peyronie's. How is this possible, when my first symptoms started 2 years ago?

I am experiencing constant pain even when flaccid. It feels like a burning sensation of the left side of my shaft. My penis bends minimally to the left.

I also have constant lower right abdominal pain with strange stool sometimes. I had a coloscopy, MRI, stool test, multiple blood tests, multiple ultrasounds of my lower right abdomen. Nothing was ever found.

I am writing this because I suspect that somehow my lower right abdominal pain is connected to my Peyronie's. Maybe it's a muscle problem?

Because whatever I am experiencing isn't a normal progression for Peyronie's. If my first symptoms started 2 years ago, I shouldn't be having only "light" evidence for Peyronie's in an ultrasound, I also shouldn't be classified as being in the early stages of this disease, after 2 years of having symptoms.

What are your ideas? This whole thing has robbed every bit of joy in me and I am deeply depressed. It's hard to see my value as a man and I'm very scared of the future. I am only 23 years old and shouldn't be suffering from any of this

I am taking daily ALCAR, caffeine tabs, Coenzyme Q10, L-citrulline, 5 mg Tadalafil, manual stretches with my hand. Nothing seems to be helping. Why am I still experiencing pain, 2 years after I first started getting symptoms?

I am at the end of my nerves

This is all too relateable. My symptoms also never stabilized. Lost a lot of volume and it still keeps getting worse.
Age 26
Did jelqing, pumping & clamping from abt age 15 until 17. Never had any real issues, until it was too late.
I got a change of shape, sensation, and a loss of volume.
it continues progressing

Asphyxia

I have constipation and last time i took a laxative i woke up from extreme pain all around the groin and on the scar,
maybe the stool/cramps were pressing on the whole area and the prostate,
I also dont understand it.

Maybe try to change your diet for the sake of digestion and the penis inflammation or try to find a food that you are reacting to through elimination diet or something.

Im considering NSAIDs but the digestive issues hold me back,
Im thinking il try it anyway
Age:23. Onset of symptoms: september 2020.
Curve mostly semi erect about 60 degrees, slight pain
Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto, carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder

My pain is always in my right hip region. It feels like my hip bone is going to explode when the pain is at its worst (this seems like gas buildup inside the guts right?)

How could lower right abdomen pain be connected to Peyronie's?

The pain could be scar tissue did you do an ultrasound for scar tissue?  Start an anti fibrosis regiment imo
