Hey everyone,
I'm getting some pain when pumping, but I am not pumping more than a few times. Is VED actually doing anything if I can inly pump once or twice? Im scared of injuring myself again

Multiple injuries between 2017 and 2023 during masturbation. Sharp pain, immediate loss of erection firmness. Moderate hourglassing, moderate pain, Severe ED even with tadalafil
Depressed

Hi are you gelling your cylinder and penis well, if your glans are touching the cylinder sides and its dry you will get pain.
