I  went to the best peyronies doctor in my country and he did an ultrasound on my penis. He told me I am in the beginning stages of Peyronie's. I am only 23 years old and very scared about this fckd up disease.

I am fine with a curved penis, but I really don't want to lose length/girth.

I haven't really noticed any loss of size currently but I am scared about the future. Can traction/VED get you back to baseline size?

I think it can even increase baseline size if you're lucky

Bud luck

I experienced loss of girth, length is the same. I used the Androperoynes for 8 months, losted my girth during that time. What I noticed after wearing the device for over an hour straight, that my penis was cold, so I'm not sure if the traction device was good for me.
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

Asphyxia

Andropeyronies makes my glans cold and my penis numb, it blocks circulation, suction traction devices seem to do better in that regard

Mr man

Hello gragaxy,

Can only speak from my personal experience. I lost substantial length and girth. Back then I had little experience with Peyronie's. Started using the andropeyronie device. After 6 weeks I learnt it stops blood flow too much, but did regain 4 degrees towards streight.

Moved onto a suction cup device. Called totalman. It's an excellent device. Can wear for hours without restricting blood flow, but it's not really geared for Peyronie's. PMP is probably better.

Anyway, after 2 years of traction. Have regained almost all my length, and all my girth.

Penis looks great. It only took this long because I had to grow penile skin too. Most guys have sufficient skin.

If I know what I know now back when I first started getting peyronie's. I would have stuck to traction.

In fact i instinctively did traction in bed before sleeping. In the morning my penis was streighter! That's how good it was. It's just I was hospitalised for 6 weeks soon after. Unable to do traction. Unfortunately, peyronie's got stronger in that time.

Honestly, don't start any needle treatment. Start conservative treatment. Healthy diet, good night sleep, and 3-5 mins manual traction before sleep. Hopefully, you will recover without any need to take expensive or dramatic treatments.

Also, definitely read the survival guide in this site. It's essential reading.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.
