For several months I've been having pain on erection near the base of the glans.  Over the last week I have been experiencing a constant dull ache which gets worse when sitting.

I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm getting really worried.

Is been nearly 4 years since the onset of peyronie's and 20 months since incision and grafting to correct a 90 degree upward curve, that did not go well.

Has anyone else experience a constant pain, not just on erection, and what was the diagnosis?

My next call with the urologist isn't until April, as all appointments have been postponed whilst all medical staff deal with covid
Age 47, incision and grafting surgery in May 2019 to correct 90 degree upward curve.  Post of residual curve of 40 degrees.  Partial ligament separation and skin anchoring December 2019 to correct daily discomfort - without success
