Hello guys,

I bought a traction device that Isn't really designed for peyronie's. Although it is an excellent device. It doesn't have a marker like peyronie's traction devices to indicate when you've reached the optimum tension.

Can anyone who's using those devices indicate what might be the best tension?

Have not measured using a weight scale. At the moment have set the tension slightly above the length of penis when erect before peyronie's. There is no pain. Except slightly when I remove the device.

Is that about right? I would be greatful to receive any advice from guys who use peyronie's traction devices. Like penis master pro.

Lol... Joking aside. Are you suggesting the stronger the tension the better? I really could do with feedback.

Tension should be built up slowly, i suppose a little beyond erect length is the final stage, if it hurts a little bit after taking it off maybe take off some tension for now, unless you dont find it worrisome and done it for a while now, it seems that people who are reinjuring themselves from traction notice the pain after taking the device off like yourself
Age:23. Onset of symptoms: september 2020.
Curve mostly semi erect about 60 degrees, slight pain
Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto, carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder

I use the PMP and have found that the 3 to 4th line or mark is the best for me. Too much traction and it leaves me very sore for 2 days. Just the right amount and very little soreness only for about 5 or 6 hours. This is a marathon not a race. Mike

Hello Mike,

So you wreckon if your sore for around 5-6 hours after traction. That's reasonable. Thanks. Is helpful.

Hello,
I have been doing traction for a while now. About 8 months. Although there was a couple of weeks break. To allow for an injection therapy.

Girth and length have improved. As has rigidity during erections. No improvement to curvature though. (Hence the injections).

Am use to lengthy traction. Just frightened of overdoing it, and totalman has no ideal tension indicator. As mentioned earlier.

Odd thing is. I'm going slightly beyond erection. When removing the device. Pain is only for 3-4 seconds. Not long at all. Am thinking It might be ok to continue???

Mr Man,

I think from what I have experienced, a medium tension (about 600g) stretch is better in the long term, than a higher tension stretch (1150g). I have done both in the past over a 6 to 8 hour period.

I think others have mentioned a slightly more gentle stretch, over a longer period, can be more beneficial

I just found more issues with the higher tension, eg blisters, frenulum tear, etc.

Hello McQueen,

Am beginning to be more convinced a gentle approach seems better. As I write this. It almost seems obvious.

Have ordered a Newton force measure 0-1000g. Will use that to start on 100g force. Then take it from there. Am convinced your right. Long term building up slowly might garner better results. Which is what asphixia also recommends.
