Is implant the answer?

This is quite difficult to write, as I feel it may be my only option, but will an implant solve all my issues?

I had an incision and graft to try and correct a 90 degree upward curve.  The operation failed leaving a residual curve of 45 degrees and contracted graft.  I have also lost nearly 2 inches in both erectile and flaccid length.

I am uncomfortable most of the time as my flaccid penis is so short the tip of the urethra runs on my underwear.

My erections are only semi hard, and sexy is now very difficult.

I appreciate that an implant may restore the strength of my erections, but will it be able to restore any length by removing the plaque and graft during the operation?  I feel that without this I will still be uncomfortable the majority of the time.

Why so many guys get ED after the grafting surgery, but the real question is, why the urologists keep doing it?. If I do surgery, I will do the implant
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse

After the operation the strength of my erections were still pretty good.  I had a subsequent operation of a partial ligament separation and skin anchoring to try and stop my penis from retracting to ease the daily discomfort.  Unfortunately this didn't work and actually the stitches snapped.

It was after this that my erections started getting weaker.  It is very possible that it is psychological as I realised that the operation was a failure and things were never going to improve.  Intercourse with my wife has become very irregular, and it's difficult not to think that it is due to my condition, and increased alcohol intake as I drown my sorrows.

I also started to get pain on erections again near the head.  This certainly made me be cautious during intercourse.

I have also started (about 3 months now) using a device to try and stretch my foreskin, as I feel this is the only way the daily discomfort can be eased.  Although fairly comfortable to wear, it is a daily reminder how I am a failure in the basic function.

If I could turn back time I would certainly not have had the operations.

I think there is an excellent likelihood that an implant by the right surgeon can completely straighten you, restore at least some lost size, and obviously give you completely reliable, unstoppable erections.  That is the solution to pursue.

Avoiding the problem with alcohol only helps Peyronies Disease destroy everything that it hasn't.

It robs you and your wife of the intimacy you could have (and I don't mean just sex)
It likely contributes to the poor health and function of your penis.
It robs you of money poorly spent and much more.

If it were me, I would put my alcohol time, money, and energy into a good VED and traction system that I would use while getting the necessary appointments with the right surgeons.  That will help restore some size and increase tissue health.  Live healthily and get your body in shape to have a good surgery.  Read some of the journals of men from the UK unless you have funds to travel to the U.S. or elsewhere.

Remember, there is a huge distinction between knowing what you need to do and doing it.

Best wishes for taking charge, setting some goals, and a great outcome.
