I suspect I have pelvic floor issues as for the last few years I can only get a good erection lying down without manual stimulation - I lose it when I sit up. I have started to develop peyronies as a result of aggressive masturbation, there is scarring but no pain and little curvature and it has been over 10 months since onset with scar tissue still forming it seems. I have recently noted that while lying down only one half of my glans properly fills up and the other does fill up and appears to be but it doesnt feel filled it feels squishier. Is this caused by scarring which is mostly at the bottom of my penis? I've also noticed a dent at the bottom where the penis ends on the same side so not on the sensitive part but the insensitive part if that makes sense.

It sounds like you are guessing why you have ED.  Since there are a dozen reasons for ED and more when you consider various combinations of reasons it would be wise to push until you get a clear medical determination.

It should also be clear that if you know what triggered Peyronies Disease - then you should not do that.  masturbation unless with a gentle vibrator on a semi-erect penis puts a lot of stress on the tissue.  The results can be a flare-up of Peyronies Disease that does significant damage before it runs its course.

I appreciate the reply, thank you. The cause of the peyronies is undoubtedly rough masturbation while kegling and tensing - terrible habits. With that said not masturbating was the definitive cause of the disease's beginning - stopping masturbation caused the scar tissue to begin to form and it has not stopped since then. However, the case would still be classified as mild and I can still see hematomas (dark red line and a dot) in that area despite it being nearly a year. I think that masturbating at least twice a week with a very light grip and lots of lubrication could be beneficial. As for the ED I think that relaxing my pelvic floor and abstaining from pornography indefinitely may help. As symptoms progressed my GP simply said he couldnt think of anything serious and to let it rest - which did not help and I don't trust doctors or urologists (may consider seeing one if it does get worse though). Is it possible to have scarring but not peyronies due to damage inflicted?
