VED vs traction

I know a lot of guys do both VED and traction with good results. However, I tried the restorex with poor results about 6 weeks ago. I've tried to let myself heal and am ready to try VED. Old man has given me some great pointers.

However, I'm nervous because traction basically re-injured me. I'm hoping the VED won't do this either.

Are there any guys here that only responded well to VED? Is it possible that traction just wasn't for me but VED will help? I'm losing my mind here, I just want something to work

I dont know but from what i been reading i concluded that restorex is counter bending and is meant for a short duration, maybe to be very cautious at the beginning consider regular traction, lower tension, longer duration.
Age:23. Onset of symptoms: september 2020.
Curve mostly semi erect about 60 degrees, slight pain
Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto, carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder

Hi,
How do you know traction injured you? Could you please explain? Thanks

My plaque had become "flattened": I equated it to feeling like a squished pea. Then I started using the restorex. After about a week, the plaque was inflamed to being the size of a regular pea, and more pronounced, or "sharper" than it had ever felt before.

It still feels hard some days but is softening back up, yet it hasn't flattened again like it did before restorex

IMO that's not an injury but simply the scar and plaque breaking up. This effect is similar to what Xiaflex does. Remember that Xiaflex actually damages the surrounding tissue a bit, but this is ok.

The point is to disrupt the dense scar and plaque and let the body heal the smaller scars with healthy tissue - or at least less robust scar.

Things like this is what made me scared of doing VED for a long time, which i regret tremendously. IMO it's not an injury but rather you're remodeling the scar and breaking it up.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.

I get that in theory, but what I'm feeling is that the plaque takes up way more space than it did 6 weeks ago. And I had an ultrasound that revealed my penis is about 50% scar tissue. I've also noticed a small lump forming at a different part of my shaft where I was applying counter bending. So overall, traction isn't for me. Hoping VED will help a little

Mr man

Hello,
I had the same problem with restorex. It caused 2 new lumps and swelling. I took 1 week rest.  To allow the swelling to subside and the lumps to settle.

Then transferred to a penis master pro type device. Iv started doing light traction. About 5 hours daily. After 2 days. The lumps have reduced substantially.

At the moment am taking traction one day at a time. Will only increase tension when it stops showing positive results.

Restorex works differently to other traction devices. It has a strong pull.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.
