Traction devices so called data is about equivalent of when the sugar industry tried to pay health studies showing sugar had no harm back in the 70s. Stop wasting your money on traction devices when there is more harm than good and JUST DO MANUAL TRACTION!!!!!!!! Manual traction is free and can work with angles that traction devices can't. Manual traction usually involves more common sense of handling with the penis and can work with different angles much better. A traction device can't read your mind or body and should be just avoided completely. Stop wasting your money on traction devices and do manual. You wouldn't tie your penis with a rope so why would you use a noose with an extender devices. Traction devices are garbage all the way around.

I don't agree with this. I seriously hurt myself, including inducing a hematoma, doing manual traction. This is because you cannot gauge the tension. Secondly you cannot do manual traction for 6+ hrs a day. The more time the better per the studies.

We should not be scaring people on traction devices because the sooner that therapy starts, the better. Same for VED.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X

Richard.... You are starting to get delusional here. What you are saying is simply not true. Traction devices do work and there is very good info on at least restorex. If you keep spreading misinformation like this, I'm going to talk to u staff about it.

Some the BEST peyronies doctors in the world still recommend traction. Just like with anything, you must use a traction device carefully. The object is to apply a comfortable traction over a period of time. Not to crank it down until it brings tears to your eyes.

Odd....my urologist said that it definitely couldn't hurt to do it but he simply doesn't recommend it because the cost of a RestoreX is so high and not everybody can afford to blow that money on it. However, he has gone on to say if traction is the only thing that can be done (because of finances, health insurance, or whatever) he always suggests a device over just manual...

Seems like you are giving a classic case of overgeneralization with "All doctors hate them" when that is clearly not the case at all...my doctor doesn't....

Also have to point out that I did 3 cycles of Xiaflex and manual traction with little to no result at all....I did 4th cycle of Xiaflex and I am now seeing good results with a RestoreX so....did the Xiaflex magically start working on the 4th cycle or maybe your claim that "Traction devices are garbage all the way around" is simply false.....especially considering that every man's body is different and different things work for different people.

As somebody that looks at data for a living....your first statement is so ridiculous that I almost just laughed and clicked back out to ignore the post but....maybe I just hate myself a little more that I thought I did so kept ready and even decided to reply! Well done....only my 6th post and I'm wasting it on somebody spouting so much hyperbole that I would swear they are my crazy neighbor....

Oh....and I have tied my penis with a rope before.....It was college and seemed like a good idea at the time....

My doc recommends traction devices, especially the PeniMaster PRO
Age 45. 25° bend to the left, with indentation. 1cm plaque. First noticed 27 June 2020.

Mr man

Hello Richard, My traction device is wearable for upto 12 hours. Don't fancy holding my dong manually for that time. Will give me hand sores.

Also, a traction device has managed to reduce my curvature by 5 degrees.

Most people opt for a suction cup type. Like penis master pro. They don't restrict blood flow. There are other options to noose fitting traction devices. That you mentioned.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

My Dr is the one who suggested the PMP and it has reduced my curve about 7 degrees. If I didn't do anything I know that I would have more severe curvature and damage. It is working for me. You just have to get beyond the idea that you are doing damage - your penis is already experiencing damage if you do nothing.

RichardRider01 doctors give you a prescription to a traction device and manual traction is really bad why are you trying to hurt people on this forum and give bad advice.

Noway

everything is useless including the doctors. nothing works in are favour. surgery will just shorten the penis and it will still be messed up.

No way. Please refrain from posts like these. You are clearly under distress. Calm down.

I will second that!  For me and a lot of others it has stopped any size reduction too.  :D
