Just got my Restorex device this week and have been struggling this weekend trying to work with it. Looking for suggestions with penis tip slippage. I've read the instructions several times and have also watched the video on their website. All my measurements for the device/penis are correct however the clap is very uncomfortable on my penis head and when I try to put traction in play the penis head usually pops out of the clamp. I've tried it without the supplied wrap cause it's easier to position and I've also tried it with wrap. Now I can get it to hold for 5-10 minutes on the first click without too much slippage so maybe I should just use that as my starting point. Any advice and suggestions are welcomed. Thanks

I use this tape:  https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07CX1SJTJ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I use a 8 inch strip and wrap med tightness.  I then use a 4-5 inch piece and wrap in the same direction but making sure I go right to the bottom of the glans, just so I can see the "ring" at the base of the glans.  This second piece of tape has helped a lot with comfort and being able to see the "ring" it lets me position the clamp so that the it just shows underneath.    I then usually get 2-3 clicks, release the spring on the device and wait a minute or 2 before I attempt another click of tightness and then I begin the extension, not all at once but a little every couple minutes..   I am at the end of the smaller rods with this technique and will be moving to the larger rods soon.

I am on month 3 and have seen 1cm length increase and 40% reduction in curve.  I was at 80% upward curve with a large plaque at the base.  I do 1 30 minute stretch and 2 -15 bends a day.

Wow! Nice results? For how long have you had peyronies?

20 months.  Went through 2 P Shots and 12 Shockwave treatments before I started the above.  I am not sure if all the stuff I did before helped but the results really started when I started RestoreX and Soma STF VED.

5mg Cialis daily.    Ubiquinol - CitraNoX - Horny Goat weed - all 2x daily.

Hey,

I struggled a lot to use the Restorex at the start.

I have tried numerous ways of wrapping etc to prevent slippage, reduce skin irritation and improve comfort while using the Restorex and this is the best one so far.

To avoid slippage I first apply a tape, like a normal brown sportstape, to the clamp to increase the friction. Before my session, I wash my penis with a natural soap and hot water, both to warm the tissue up a bit as well as to increase the friction of the glans. Finally, I wrap the top of the penis using a bit thicker and elastic gauss.

Hope that helps!

Btw PD_CHI - Really nice to hear, good for you! I too am having a similar reduction in curvature using the Restorex so far. Limited effect on hourglassing though...

Sounds like it's time to start manual traction

The combination of wrapping with the stuff that comes with the restorex and sticking the sticky brow sports tape on the clap itself works for me too.
The bare plastic of the clamp is just too slippery.

Just got mine. Struggling a bit, but the tape does help. The question that I cannot seem to find an answer to is does it matter what position your head is when you clamp it? I have mine rotated 90 degrees per the instructions, so it is squeezing my head from the sides. Is that correct? Or should it be clamped top to bottom and twisted to the 90 degree position? Hope that makes sense.

Found my answer...thought I'd post in case anyone else needs the info:

From the RestoreX manual:

If you are using RestoreX to treat a lateral curvature,
do not twist the penis to enter the clamp. You will
clamp the "sides" of the penis.
