!!Venous leak after prostate injections!!

Hi guys..

In April 2020 I received an injection into the prostate and the seminal vesicles with antibiotics for prostatitis.
I had received three injections before already and I've never had any issues with this.
But this time it caused a lot of issues. The day after the injection I had a lot of urgency, burning urination, pain after ejaculation. So probably this injection had caused a new infection in the prostate.
A few weeks later I did an MRI and it was found out that there is a huge dilation of the right seminal vesicles.

So far so good. My Erection problems which didn't exist before those injections in 04/2020 became worse and worse. My urologist gave me Cialis up to 20mg and also Levitra 20mg but nothing worked.
Then we did a Doppler ultrasound whose results I attached to this topic.
It says that there are arterial dysfunction and venous leak.

Basically, I can have only a very weak erection, I can't hold it for a long time and the amount of semen is also remarkably reduced.
