How long are you using traction devices?

So basically I was wondering how is it possible for someone to keep the device on their penis for longer than 40min to like 3 or 4 hours. As I have seen on other devices the results appear after 6months with 4hours usage at least every day. Not only in people discussions but on surveys too, and devices instructions. The penis behaves differently with temperature and it tends to get smaller or bigger in flaccid state. So according to many converging instructions you have to warm up yourself and then apply the device. The body though won't maintain the temperature and its effect on the penis and I suppose it may cause damage, along with mild pain.

My point here is that until now I haven't achieved longer than 40min device usage because it gives a sense of hardening to the shaft, and a mild pain to the ligament connection. Not to mention the ring marking to the shaft where the device holds it. I use the lowest tension to the device.

So I see people can manage these problems, how long can you make it guys and how? Any occurring complications like mine?

Another question that occurred while writing this post is why people continue using these devices to cure peronies/curvatures. There are people with few but significant improvements but they still use them, like the oldest members here. Others haven't seen any improvement except erectile function, but still continue like 1 or more years. So if it is true and the best someone can do is to lower the curvature 20 degrees in a year why continue 2 or 3 years with no results?

I started to use the Androperoynes for 6 to 8 hours a day two months after my first symptoms appeared, and I used for 8 months. The curve never got worst, but the narrowing did,I also kept the same length. I didn't use the device for 2 or 3 months, somehow I felt that I needed again, so I'm wearing it for 3 to 4 hours a day. I think the traction device helps me with erections, but maybe is the VED. Since I'm using the traction device and the VED I have nocturnal erections every day.
My first symptoms started early in 2019
I tried Traction device, Pentofixiline, Q10, TRT, L-Argenine, cialis
I have narrowing/dent/hinge on the left side of my shaft
My ED is getting worse
Had a PRP shot Aug 2021
I have a girlfriend
Age 46

Go with manual traction in my opinion. It's more efficient and much safer.

Have you considered using Restorex? I used it for the general 1 hour a day for 3 months and then an hour a week for the past 9 months or so. The benefits (length, curvature, a little bit of girth) have stayed during this time and with the lower time commitment it might be worth the shot for you.
22 yrs old - first noticed peyronies in June 2018, 30-35 degree curve, April 2020 - Consulted Dr. Ronald Suh - Advised against Xiaflex - Currently using Restorex Device

Mr man

Hello,
Please don't buy a noose fitting device. They restrict blood flow. It is old technology. Go for a device with a cup. Like penis master pro. They keep blood flow going, and you can wear them for hours.

I'v had all types of devices. Traction definitely helps. Have been doing traction consistently for about 8 months or 2 and half years on and off. My penis is longer, thicker with better erections. Have even grown back
Undue lost skin due to a defective circumcision.

Now am able to wear a (vacum cup type) device for 6 hours plus. Final hurdle to cross is to reduce cuvature. Recently I had bromelain injections to speed up the process. It's too early to say if this has had a major positive effect but will continue traction for at least 6 months.

In short. Traction and VED has helped immensely for me. Not just for peyronie's, but for other penile problems.
Latest routine. Started l-lysine 3mg daily, l-proline 5mg daily. Increased vit c intake. Accompanied with almost daily vacuum therapy. Pumping to 100% Exercise caution! Made good progress. L arginine supplements and prescribed potaba are helping.

I wear the PeniMaster Pro minimum 3 hours daily and mostly 4-6 hours. Pretends if I work in homeoffice or not. Tension is about 600 g.
26 years old, first symptoms since August 2020, 45° bend to the left, hinge effect and pain at the beginning

Mr man

Ditch any device that uses a noose. Seriously, they restrict blood flow. I use totalman rod system. (it's a cheaper slightly inferior version of penis master pro).

Have slowly built up usage for 5 hours. 6 hours is too much for me
