Hey paisano. Are all those supplements helping you?

Looks good, although I worry about excess citrulline. Amino acids are something the body needs a break from, as with glucose. Amino acid dysfunction is seen in the plaques of PDS and Dupuytren's as well, and BCCAS are known to make insulin resistance worse, maybe just by triggering insulin.

Hey!
I really feel tadalafil effect. If I had to choose only one It would be tadalafil.
For pain and inflammation (which goes and comes even doing exactly the same treatment routine (both oral and physical therapy) Ibuprofen 600 mg every 8 hours works.
I wonder if this is normal that pain goes and comes even no changing treatment?

Pycogenol I started taking only two days ago so is still soon too say something about it.

Hi NeoV,
So what do you recommend me to do? Reduce citruline (to what dose?) or rest from time to time? (What schedule, one month yes one month no?)
Thanks!!

There are really no oral therapies that have ever been proven effective for Peyroines. I really wish it were otherwise, but it's simply not. The EMA (European Medicines Agency), the equivalent of the FDA in the US, has never approved any oral treatment for Peyroines. Even the Erectile Dysfunction drugs don't treat Peyroines. All they do is treat Erectile Dysfunction. That's what they were approved for.

There have been studies for years on some oral therapies, like vitamin E, but that one has failed in later studies to show any benefit. Pentoxifyllin outperformed placebos a bit in a few studies but not enough to gain EMA approval (or FDA approval). You can take it but I wouldn't expect major improvements.

Right now, all we have are Xiapex, an injectable medicine, with traction and/or surgery. You can try whatever you like, but I wouldn't hold out hopes on any non-approved therapies.

Palo is an banned member using a VPN, ignore him.

Someone just sent me before and after photos of his penis taking supplements + pentox only. The difference was huge.

Supplements are awesome IMO, even if I prefer to fast and diet long term.

I would only take citrulline on days you have sexual activity, or not at all (just my opinion). Pine bark, ALCAR, and ginseng are enough. You can use ginseng like you would cialis, even just once a week.
