Larger erections after VED use

I haven't been able to get a full erection for about a year, even with Cialis. I recently started using a VED and after about 20 minutes of slow pumping I am able to finally fill up my glans again. This gains me about 1/2 inch in length and a bit of girth (even after removing the VED). If I masturbate with this full erection my retrograde ejaculation is also helped immensely. Instead of getting 50% of my swimmers into my bladder and the rest of it slowly dripping out of my urethra, I am able to "shoot" my ejaculation again.

Are these effects common with VED use? Do you think they could become permanent if I keep up the habit?

Also, if I have an implant done, will I get the real size that I see after VED? Or will I get the smaller size I get when I haven't used the VED for a day?
