Yes, I have this symptom. It is pretty frustrating. Stays fairly engorged for quite a while post-ejac. Most pronounced whilst standing. Goes down quicker whilst laying and relaxing taking my mind off it. Potentially could be s combination of muscular tension and some kind of vascular issue?
