How long did it take you to get to erect length traction?

Im going very slowly with adding tension and i  dont know if im being overly cautious or if im doing the right thing, im taking some tension off whenever i feel slight pain, but im lingering at that range about 3-4 cm below erect length.

Thoughts?
Age:23. Onset of symptoms: september 2020.
Curve mostly semi erect about 60 degrees, slight pain
Tried short & prolonged fasts, keto,carnivore, traction and most of the supplements.
Severe digestive issues, probably an autoimmune disorder
