I was finally able to get un ultrasound of my penis. My Urologist said that he couldn't find any visible calcification or scar, arteries are fine. His explanation was that, sometime you don't see the calcification, and it could be that some tissue just don't expand, at least what I understood.

Since there is no visible point to work on, doc said if I wanted to try the Verapamil injection, we would need to aim just where the curvature start.

I showed him the pics of my erect penis, and he confirms Peyronies, with a curvature of about 35%.
if this is only a matter of tissues non stretching, then a stretching device could be my best option?

I would absolutely get started on traction immediately.

Hi Gian, that's quite similar to my case.
I bought a traction device
37yo
Congenital curvature plus injury during sex - dec.2019
Curve to the left increase plus pain ~35degrees - nov.2020
Pentox (400mgx3) + Cialis (2.5mg/day) + supplements - dec.2020
Traction - jan.2021 onwards (curve now ~22/25degrees)

I've done manual traction for nearly ten years. It's what basically "cured" me, and it worked very quickly after starting. Be careful.
PMP for best standard traction device, RestoreX for counter bending.

NeoV, thanks for the info, is there any instructions for manual traction?

NeoV, I just found your YouTube channel with the videos, thanks for that. Why would you say to get started with traction rather than counter bending? paraphs my theory, or hope, of just having some tissues that don't expand, by doing traction would eventually stretch these tissues?
