Does Dupyutren's put you at risk for stricture/spongiofibrosis like peyronies?

I am young with dupyutren's in one of my hands, i got it a lot younger than most.  I recently had a seemingly mild impact injury to my shaft that caused the urethra side of my penis to sting for several days.  The doctor said it was most likely inflammation of the outer layer of urethra.  The stinging went away after a few days but I started getting some burning/aching pains a little bit lower on the shaft (near the base on the bottom) kind of like a nerve irritation pain.  I am wondering if this could be fibrosis in the spongiosum and if this is a higher risk due to my dupyutren's?  Maybe I'm overthinking it but I heard dupyturens has a higher chance of peyronies. Is urethral or spongiosum inflammation leading to sticture or fibrosis the same risk?  Would the symptoms be pretty obvious?

I quite often get stinging and odd sensations in the urethra.  They've never been able to diagnose it.

With regards to the link between depyutrens, I was in a Facebook group that covers that and Peyronie's, so there is definitely a link there.

I injured my urethra too and lead to Urethral Stricture.
But it didn't cause peyronie's.
Let me know if you found anything about it

Peyronies disease and dupuytrens  contractures are related and there are studies regarding such.  That doesn't mean you will have it though. Also could you please fill in your signature line for us.
