Hi,
My name is Jim.
I am 58 years old.
A few weeks ago I woke up with a painful erection and noticed my penis was bent to the left about an inch or so up from the base.  I started doing research and I have ended up here.
I told my doctor about it and he said there is not much that can be done.
I have been married for about 37 years.  My wife has been going through menopause and has very little interest in sex. I have had this for about 4 weeks and she hasn't really noticed.
I "take care of myself" about 2 times per week.
I don't think I have done anything too kinky that would cause an injury to do this.
I am hoping I can learn a lot from the group.
Thanks!
Current age 59
Started late December 2020
symptoms: painful erection, plaque on left, bend to left, hourglass shape at plaque points.
Treatment: daily cialis, restorex 2x 30 minutes daily

Asphyxia

Hello jim.
In my oponion a urologist should atleast send you for imaging, or give you prescriptions if he already diagnosed you with peyronies.
Personally i would demand it and if the urologist refuses to treat i would switch doctor.

In the meantime, i suggest you study some of the basic information in this link
