Serrapeptase,nattokinase - entric coating

Wanted to save money by buying serrapeptase and nattokinase in powder form and i found out they need entric coated pills to be protected from stomach acid, i have 2 questions
1.if i were to drink water while taking the powder form, will that protect the enzymes from the stomach acid by diluting the acid
2.can i get entric coated pills to fill by myself? Im not sure if those that can open up can be considered entric coated.
