Think you need to calm down a bit. It's not helping with the hard flaccid.
I had a hard flaccid for about 3 weeks after my injury.

Before doing extensive traction you have to stop the inflammation. That means low-inflammation diet and relax a bit, i know it's hard.
Do traction as soon as possible though, but do not do it to stretch the penis but rather to *heal in a stretched state.*

So you will have way less tension than you normally would. Still use VED but still only to heal in engorged state. This is why Cialis + L-Citruline is important in this phase. The flush the penis with blood to promote healing and to help keep the penis stretched and engorged via internal traction.

This is why i don't like manual traction, it's easy to over do it as opposed to traction devices.
I actually got a hematoma and injured myself a lot by doing manual traction shortly after my injury. I may have had better results if that didn't happen, oh well.

However, i got right back into traction about two weeks after that and haven't stopped since.
Injury in April 2020. Onset of ED.
Started RestoreX and VED 2 months after injury.
Taking 10mg daily cialis, pentox, coq10, vit-e.
Traction (+1 inch)/VED/PGE-1/DMSO+X
